Terms & Conditions
Just a few rules to help us make our property enjoyable for all future guests:
POOL, TOYS & BEACH EQUIPMENT
Thursday - pool maintenance (morning time) Gino speaks spanish.
--turn off jacuzzi heater when not using
--Boogie Boards, Beach chairs & Cooler are stored in the Beach House or on the Patio.
SAND
--sand clogs our pool filter - wash off every time before entering pool. We have an outdoor shower just inside the beach gate entrance for this purpose.
--Sand, Salt Water and Sun destroy our beach chairs, pool toys and equipment. Rinse them off with outdoor shower or hoses and store in shade when not in use.
SECURITY
--Shut & lock beach gate & entrance gate nightly. Do not leave toys or equipment on beach. Do not leave hammock on beach at night.
GARBAGE
Friday (early) - City Garbage pick up. Put trash out Thursday night or you may miss it. Keep bags with food in containers so that animals don't get into it.
SEPTIC
To help us maintain the integrity of our septic system, we kindly ask that you dispose of all paper waste, including toilet paper, in the designated trash bins provided in the bathrooms.
AC
--Bedrooms: Turn off AC and shut blinds in bedrooms while away. AC cools off rooms super fast.
--Living Room: Turn AC to 78 and shut blinds if leaving for the day.
BBQ
--bbq must be kept away from walls and windows
--close propane tank AFTER EVERY USE
PARKING
--no parking in grass area you could damage water irrigation pipes
--If you have more than 3 cars, it is safe to park on the street

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund
