HOUSE RULES & CHECK IN INFO —NO SMOKING No exceptions! --Kite Beach House is currently rented to a single guest and their friends and family. GARBAGE - —Friday (early) -- City Garbage pick up. Put trash out Thursday night or you may miss it. --Keep Garbage Bags in CANS and off the ground. Avoid animal messes. WIFI: --Kite Beach. Pass: windward LOST KEYS or key fob replacement: charge $50 POOL MAINTENANCE --Thursday - pool maintenance (morning time) Gino speaks spanish. POOL, TOYS, TOWELS & BEACH EQUIPMENT (Stored in Laundry Room Closet or on Patio) —4 Boogie Boards, 4 Beach chairs, Cooler & Hammock in closet —Sand, Salt Water and Sun DESTROY our beach chairs, pool toys and equipment. —STORE IN SHADE when not in use —RINSE OFF all beach chairs, boogie boards, pool toys, kayaks with fresh water in outdoor shower or hose when not in use. —Only beach chairs are allowed on the beach, no other furniture is allowed. KAYAKS & PING PONG —2 kayaks are available during your stay. If a kayak is lost or broken during your reservation you will be charged the full price of the kayak. (A waiver must be signed before using the kayaks) —ping-pong table in the covered carport. (No climbing or sitting on it) SAND & OUTDOOR SHOWER —SAND clogs our pool filter - Expensive to replace. —Wash sand off EVERY TIME before entering pool. —Outdoor Shower. is just inside the beach gate entrance POOL RULES: —NON-SWIMMERS should be supervised at all times (no fence around the pool). I —NON- SWIMMERS - responsibility of the guest —No JUMPING from balconies. —A violation of this rule is cause for termination of your reservation HEATING JACUZZI --turn off jacuzzi heater when not using --Turn OFF the waterfall to heat jacuzzi. --Every time the water fall is turned on it dumps the jacuzzi water into the pool...so minimize how often you use the waterfall if you want a warm jacuzzi. --Every 3rd day-turn on the waterfall to circulate water for entire pool! AC UNITS: —Keep doors closed when AC units are on. —Turn off Acs in bedrooms when not in use. —The units cool a room super fast — If leaving for the day, set living room unit to 78-80 degrees. —Shut the drapes to keep the rooms cool. GAS STOVE: --Located on 2nd floor only --You may need to use the lighter in the drawer to light it. FIRE EXTINGUISHER is below the kitchen sink. FIRST AID will be there as well or above the refrigerator BBQ --bbq must be kept away from walls and windows --close propane tank AFTER EVERY USE SECURITY --Shut & lock beach gate & entrance gate nightly. --Do not leave toys or equipment on beach. ACCIDENT WAIVER: --An accident waiver/ release of liability agreement will be required upon your stay. --As the renter you are responsible for your guests at all times. SLIPS & FALLS; Accidents can occur from falls on wet tile around the house or around the pool. Avoid falls by walking carefully and wearing non-slip shoes. Hold onto handrails. —BALCONY RAILS are for protection. Do not sit on them or let children climb. SEPTIC To help us maintain the integrity of our septic system, we kindly ask that you dispose of all paper waste, including toilet paper, in the designated trash bins provided in the bathrooms. EVENT PARKING --Management will give instructions as to where guests may park. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* CHECKOUT DAY —DISHWASHER - Start before leaving. —GARBAGE. leave inside the gate unless it is Thursday evening. Garbage day is EARLY FRIDAY. —AC units and ceiling fans -Turn OFF! —BLINDS - Close to keep rooms cool and protect from sun. —ELECTRONICS. Turn off. Take your cords and devices with you—check drawers —OVEN & BBQ grill off. —BED LINENS. Strip beds (only those used) Leave the linens on beds. —TOWELS: Set used or wet towels on the floor of the bathrooms. --POOL & BEACH EQUIPMENT rinsed and stored out of sun. —KAYAKS and paddles - stored in shade and locked. —LOCK DOORS - Lock all doors and RETURN KEYS to the LOCKBOX. —REPORT.
